Folios 172-173: Edward Leveson Gower, HMS Castor, Plymouth Sound. Reports that as ordered he has used his utmost endeavours in fitting HMS Castor for sea, and that she has this day anchored in the Sound. The Powder will be taken on board tomorrow and the ship will be paid on Wednesday.
