In consequence of the good Conduct and behaviour of Thomas Turner, Master at Arms of HMS Triton he has been induced to recommend him to Captain John Wickey of HMS Cambridge as a proper person to be Master at Arms of that ship. Requests he be appointed to HMS Cambridge.
