Folios 110-111: Intelligence Report from Erasmus Gower, HMS Triumph, Portsmouth. has obtained intelligence fro a Swedish ship which had sailed from the port of L'Orient [Lorient] and noted a French squadron which was putting to sea after buying up all the bread in the port causing considerable local discontent which corroborates other stories from Bordeaux.
