He had declared James Hu[..]y, Thomas Kirke, Wiliam Hughes, William Williamson and Thomas Green"Run" after they failed to return from leave. However he has subsequently found out that they had gone aboard HMS Trent as day or two before the expiry of their leave but couldnt then get off because of adverse weather. He therefore asks for the"Run" to be removed.
