[Proforma] document to be sent to the Paper Office when any Paper is sent away in original:- Date - 14 December 1814, From - Captain Fabien HMS Orpheus, Subject - Request removal of the R standing against 4 men of that ship, Date - 15 December 1814, Name Refer to Navy Board.
