Folios 427-429: Arthur Farquhar, HMS Liverpool, Spithead. Acknowledges letter dated 18 October 1814 enclosing a copy of one from the Navy Board dated 14 October 1814, with a copy of an account of expenses which were incurred at Braake and Bremer Lake in the River Weser by himself, Officers and men of the Squadron under his orders and requesting his report on the circumstances they were incurred. [Total of three plus sides on how and why].
