Folios 423-425: Robert Finnis late Captain of HMS Queen Charlotte [His Agent:-] John Page, 70 Great Russell St, [Bloomsbury]. On behalf of Captain Finnis, who was killed in action on Lake Erie, he encloses [not present] Captain Barclay's certificate stating that the time Captain Finnis commanded HMS Queen Charlotte and requests to receive his pay and compensation between 4 March to 10 September 1813 and to dispense with the books and papers.
