Folios 410-413 John Foote, HMS Goldfinch, Plymouth Sound. The Purser and seaman on HMS Goldfinch having been refused his pay at this Port as he no certificate from Mr Charles E Andrews the last Purser of HMS [B?] (where he was in that capacity for five years) I wish to write to him for the necessary Certificate.
Folio 412: Enclosure with folios 410-413: Wilson & McInherney, Funtington near Chichester. To Admiralty. Dated 8[?] December 1814. Send a messenger to the Victualling Office for the address of Mr Charles E Andrews formerly Purser of HMS Russell
