Folios 277-278: Gordon Falcon, HMS Cyane, Spithead. Reports arrival at this anchorage. Having separated from HMS Centaur on 4 August 1814 on the Banks off Newfoundland, on the following days of clearing weather, he collected such of the scattered ships as he fell in with, and on 7 August had five sail, with these he shaped a course to the next rendezvous. [Total of two sides with details of the voyage].
Folio 279: enclosure with folios 277-278. Letter dated 18 July 1814 by John Chambers, HMS Centaur, in the River St Lawrence, to Gordon Falcon, HMS Cyane. Orders from Admiral Lord Keith KB to take his orders from him.
Folio 280: enclosure with folios 277-278. Log of HMS Centaur and its voyage from Day 1 - off Cape Royiey[?] to Day 11 - Downs. Dated 18 July 1814. Signed Captain John Chambers White.
