Folios 230-232: Henry Forbes, HMS Martial, Plymouth Sound. Reply to letter dated 11 July 1814 that in consequence of Lieutenant Richard Hetherington representing to him the urgent necessity for his being on shore following the recent death of his father. A letter was sent to the Commander in Chief at this Port requesting an officer be appointed to supercede him.
