Folios 220-221: John Fyffe, HMS Indefatigable, Funchal. Mr Stevens, late Gunner on board has been guilty of gross neglect in drawing grape and other shot. When Fyffe examined the casks he found that they were lacking and had the wrong size shot, which he cannot exchange here. No blame can be attached to the present Gunner.
