Folio 204: enclosure with folios 200-201. Joseph Coleman, 13 Jane Street, Commercial Road. Archibald Bell was a passenger on the King George Packet when he was impressed by HMS Desire. He is a stone mason and should be released as he will be able to produce affadavits.
