Description

Folios 200-201: Arthur Farquar, HMS Desire, Harwich. Archibald Bell was found on the King George packet at Leith. He is a stone mason and fit for service in the Navy.

Folios 202-203: enclosure with folios 200-201. Undated letter by Joseph Coleman, 13 Jane Street, Commercial Road. Is sending affadavits for Archibald Bell.

Folio 204: enclosure with folios 200-201. Joseph Coleman, 13 Jane Street, Commercial Road. Archibald Bell was a passenger on the King George Packet when he was impressed by HMS Desire. He is a stone mason and should be released as he will be able to produce affadavits.
