Folios 183-184: Arthur Farquhar, HMS Desire, Harwich. Major General Dunlop did not arrive but Captain Fitzgerald said that the troops he was to embark were arriving shortly. Some of the gunboats have been damaged coming down river and he has had to take all the gunpowder aboard his ship because the magazines have been so badly built they would let in water on the way to the South seas.
