Folios 239-240: Edward James Foote, HMS Sea-horse [Seahorse], Falmouth. Reports that he got under just after noon, but before one third of the convoy had cleared the harbour the wind veered to the South and he made the signal to anchor. The Rochdale has now joined him from Plymouth.
