Folios 220-221: Edward James Foote, HMS Sea-horse [Seahorse], Spithead. Acknowledges the orders of the previous day to take the majority of the convoy bound for Lisbon to the River Tagus, and then to proceed with store ships and victuallers to Minorca. However, he has been informed that HMS Chichester, HMS Alliance and HMS Serapis have stores for Gibraltar, asks whether he is to leave these three ships at Gibraltar or wait until they have unloaded.
