Folios 204-205: Edward James Foote, HMS Sea-horse [Seahorse], getting under weigh from Spithead. Encloses [no longer present] a list of the vessels which have accepted convoy instructions. The previous day he sent HMS Rambler to Falmouth with orders to bring the vessels there out as soon as the Seahorse, HMS Maidstone or HMS Pique appear.
