Folios 202-203: Edward James Foote, HMS Sea-horse [Seahorse], Spithead. Reports that First Lieutenant John Marshall wishes to transfer to HMS Gorgon, to replace her First Lieutenant, Mr Gillespie, who has been sent to sick quarters and to join Rear Admiral Lord Hugh Seymour. Hopes the Admiralty can grant this request, and appoint a new First Lieutenant to the Seahorse.
