Folios 186-187: Francis Fayerman, HMS Beaulieu, Plymouth Sound. As his Surgeon's Mate was left at Minorca in June of 1798 by order of Rear Admiral Sir Charles Cotton and there is no prospect of his returning to the ship, asks permission to move his name to the supernumerary list.
