Folios 182-183: Edward James Foote, HMS Sea-horse [Seahorse], Motherbank. In response to the paper the Admiralty sent him, feels he must report that the Seahorse's warrant officers have always been attentive to their duty, and the Gunner was some time ago appointed to HMS Warrior because of the high opinion in which he was held by Admiral the Earl St Vincent, but because the Seahorse was off Alexandria for eight months, he missed this promotion.
