Folios 555-556: Percy Fraser, HMS La Nymphe. In reply to the Admiralty's letter advising that French Prisoners were not to be in the service of the Navy, he apologises that he has already, with the permission of the Transport Board, removed the Cook Nicholas Simeon on board his Ship. He awaits a reply regarding this from the Admiralty.
