Folios 515-516: Alexander Fraser, HMS Diana, Spithead. Requesting clarification as to whether, Commander in Chief, Sir Peter Parker's order, having put HMS Telemachus under my order to assist with Ships who may be at Falmouth and bound for the West Indies, supersedes my order to send HMS Calypso ahead of me to collect trade at Falmouth. Also advising that no Merchant Vessel has taken convoy instructions since yesterday.
