Folios 240-242: Edward James Foote, HMS Seahorse, Spithead. Complains that the Marine clothing drawn from Portsmouth Dockyard for two Royal Marines, Charles Monaghan and William Clarry, was too small and that in general the clothing supplied to Royal Marines has been bad and the men have had little wear out of it.
