Folios 207-209: Solomon Ferris, HMS Inflexible at the Nore. Having obtained individually from each man on board HMS Inflexible a promise to persevere in future in a regular discharge of their duty and not to engage in mutiny still finds that there are 12 or 14 men still on board who are dangerous by urging others on without coming forward themselves. Thinks it would be for the good of His Majestys if these men were evicted from the service.
