Folios 192-194: Edward Fellowes, HMS Alarm, Portsmouth harbour. Recommends John Watt, Acting Gunner of HMS Alarm, who had served with him previously on HMS Albacore, HMS Tourterelle and HMS Alarm, for promotion. Watt was given his acting post in place of Charles Binoist invalided from the West Indies. Binoist being subsequently appointed to HMS Unicorn.
