Description

Folios 187-188: Edward Fellowes, HMS Alarm, Portsmouth harbour. Encloses lists of volunteers entered in the West Indies who have not received the bounty and asks for this to be paid. Also encloses a list of men that appear Prest but thinks this is a mistake and based on their good behaviour, the prest should be taken away from their names and the bounty be paid to them too.

Folio 189: enclosure with folios 187-188. A list of 20 Able and Ordinary Seamen who say they entered on board HMS Alarm but appear by the ship's books to be impressed. (Pay book number, dates of entry and appearance, from where, names and rating recorded).
