Folios 219-220: Edward James Foote, HMS Niger, Spithead. He asks for an order to the Board of Ordnance that the Gunner may receive paint for the guns and carriages onboard HMS Niger. The storekeeper at the gunwharf will not issue the paint without an order, saying that the guns should go onshore to be painted.
