Folios 261-262: Augustus FitzRoy, HMS Pomona at the Nore. Acknowledges receipt of his orders but he is concerned their Lordships are not in possession of his report on the defects of his ship which he gave to Admiral Dalrymple. He understood he would pass the report on. He states that HMS Pomona needs to be in dock and will require a material repair.
Folios 263: enclosure with folios 261-262. List dated 29 December 1794 of the defects of HMS Pomona signed by Thomas Banks.
