Folios 253-254: Richard Fisher, HMS Powerful, Portsmouth. Encloses a letter from the Boatswain of HMS Powerful and points out that he would need to be able [to do] rigging. He asks for a swift response as the man is currently too ill to come on board.
Folios 255-256: enclosure with folios 253-254. Letter dated 10 April 1795 by John Henderson, Boatswain, HMS Powerful, Portsmouth Harbour. Details his various ailments which make it impossible to carry out his duties and asks for superannuation. Asks if he can be examined in Portsmouth instead of having to go to London.
