Description

Folios 247-248: Richard Fisher, HMS Monarch at Spithead.

Asks that John Spooner, Simon Mills, Alexander Wildgoose and Andrew Greenlaw be discharged from HMS Monarch into other ships as they were left at St. John's Newfoundland on various services. He also asks the same for the 100 men lent to the Bombay Castle.
