Folios 241-242: Francis Ventis Field, HMS Curlew, Nore.
Reports that he refused the two alleged Habeas Corpus warrants for William Allan and Alexander Fairweather which he judged to be falsel. They were not signed by a Judge of the Bench and were served by William Taylor, a police officer in Shadwell, Middlesex. He also reports that the men in the hospital are on their way to recovery and the Curlew is perfectly cleaned of her late infection.
