Folio 256-257: Edward James Foote, HMS Thorn, Yarmouth Roads. Reports receipt of their Order to discharge John Horner whenever a party is sent to take charge of him. He will sail with HMS Resolution the next day, to protect the fishing vessels leaving the Roads at the same time. Encloses the State and condition report for HMS Thorn dated 2 May.
