Folios 247-248: Edward James Foote, HMS Thorn, Yarmouth Roads. Reports that on the 29th March [1794] HMS Thorn sailed from the Nore with Messrs. Ward's dollars, delivering them the next day, whilst anchored in the Texel. Detained there by the strong winds, he has reached the Roads that day, and will obey their orders dated 19 March. Encloses the state and condition [no longer present].
