Folios 237-238: William Fooks, HMS Montagu, Plymouth Sound. Reports that George Samuel Harris, 2nd Lieutenant, has been absent without leave since 20 July [1794], the date the ship last sailed from Plymouth. If the Board agree that another Officer should be appointed in his stead, Lieutenant William Green, presently appointed 2nd Lieutenant, would be very suitable.
