Folios 193-194: Charles FitzGerald, HMS Brunswick, Portsmouth Harbour. Requests the appointment of some Marines as the ship's company of HMS Saturn are being turned over to his ship, whose location close to the shore would make desertion easy. Also requests the Mates, Midshipmen, Coxswain and boat's crew from HMS Active, if he is not to get the ship's company who were with him on HMS Artois.
