Folios 165-166: Charles FitzGerald, HMS Artois, Gravesend. In receipt of their letter, explains that only 3 of the Brittania's men were prest, of whom only 1 was protected and who has since been discharged. The other 2, without protections, have been kept. Mr Mackenzie's report to the Board about Brittania's men was incorrect.
