Description

Folios 138-139: Richard Fisher, HMS Jupiter, Little Nore. Requests that arrangements are made so that the nine men turned over from HMS Sandwich who have not yet been paid, due to HMS Jupiter going to the Orkneys and the money going to Deal, are paid speedily. They need warm clothing and other necessaries.

Folios 140-141: enclosure in folios 138-149. Letter dated 30 November 1794 by [Henry?] Dobson, Clerk to HMS Sandwich, the Nore, to Captain Richard Fisher, HMS Jupiter, Little Nore concerning the payment of 9 men whose notes were sent to James Tylmer [?] of Arundel Street, Strand, London.

Folio 142: enclosure in folios 138-139. List of [9] men turned over from HMS Sandwich to HMS Jupiter, whose wages for the East India ships mentioned against them, remain unpaid. Prepared on 30 November 1794 by Captain Richard Fisher, HMS Jupiter, at the Nore.
