Folios 134-135: Richard Fisher, HMS Jupiter, the Nore. Encloses a letter from James Derby, Carpenter of HMS Jupiter, and supports his request to be superannuated.
Folios 136-137: enclosure in folios 134-135. Letter dated 19 November 1794 by James Derby to Captain Richard Fisher, HMS Jupiter, at the Nore, requesting that at the age of 58, being incapable of performing his duty as Carpenter of HMS Jupiter, Captain Fisher asks the Commissioners to appoint an Officer to supercede him, and allow him to retire as superannuated.
