Folios 106-107: Solomon Ferris, HMS Inflexible, Spithead. Responding to theirs, and returning the letter from William Blunt [no longer present], informs that he was sent from HMS Enterprise with a request from the [Portsmouth?] Regulating Captains that he should not be allowed on shore, but kept busy at the mast. He knows nothing of his character.
