Description

Folios 91-92: Jonathon Faulknor, HMS Diana, Milford Haven. Advises his arrival from Newport Pratt [County Mayo], which he left on 26 November [1794]. In gales, he was parted from HMS Santa Margaritta and HMS Penelope. He was also parted close to the Seven Stones [reef near Lands End] from the Sally and the Mary transports, which Vice Admiral [Sir Robert] Kingsmill had ordered him to see into the Channel before returning to Cork, which he will do when the wind changes.
