Folios 250-251: Alexander Fraser, HMS Savage, Woolwich. Acknowledges his appointment to command the floating battery HMS Redoubt at Woolwich, but so far there are no commissioned or warrant officers appointed, nor has a successor been appointed to command the Savage. He will attempt to get the battery ready before she is commissioned, using seamen from the Savage.
