Folios 244-245: Alexander Fraser, HMS Savage, Long Reach. Acknowledges the orders to proceed to the Downs, and also those concerning the assistance to be given to ships belonging to the States General of the United Provinces. He will leave immediately, despite the damage to his ship in a collision which he reported earlier today, and which he hopes can be repaired at the Nore on his way to the Downs.
