Folios 241-242: Alexander Fraser, HMS Savage, Long Reach. Reports that the Phyllis of London, Hector Beaton, Master and owner and Robert Coabey and Francis Pierrepoint, Pilots, collided with his ship this morning while coming up the river on a voyage from Hull. The damage to his ship included the Jib Boom, and Spritsail Yard, encloses a list of defects drawn up by the Carpenters of the Savage and HMS Ferret. Has asked the Commissioners of the Navy to send Shipwrights to repair the damage.
Folio 243: enclosed with folios 241-242. Carpenters Josias Bray of HMS Savage and Ferd Foster of HMS Ferret, HMS Savage, Long Reach. List of the damage to HMS Savage caused by its collision with a ship in the River Thames, which they think can be repaired in two days.
