Folios 246-247: Nevinson de Courcy, 21 Norfolk Street, the Strand. He commanded HMS Dasher in the West Indies in 1807-1808. Leaving the ship unexpectedly he was unable to obtain the books relating to the Carpenter and the Boatswain. He asks for a dispensation.
