Folios 616-617: George Digby, HMS Cossack, Cadiz Bay. Having received the enclosed orders from Admiral Berkeley when he was in Lisbon to receive on board HMS Cossack The Bishop of Placentia and suit for a passage to Cadiz. He requests an order be raised for the usual remuneration.
Folios 618-619: enclosure with folios 616-617. Letter dated 8 October 1810 by George Cranfield Berkeley, Lisbon, to George Digby, HMS Cossack. His Majesty's Minister having applied to him in the name of Lord Wellington to give a passage to the Bishop of Placentia to Cadiz. It is his direction to receive him and suite on HMS Cossack and give them a passage accordingly.
