Folios 598-599: Philip Dumaresq, HMS Victory, Spithead. Reply to letter dated 22 November 1810I states that HMS Victory did not detain the Ship Aolus laden with hemp as stated in the enclosed.
Folio 600: enclosure with folios 598-599. Letter dated 21 November 1810 by T J Hartwell, William Rule and [?] Legge, to Navy Office. [Letter about] being informed by Mr Solly about the Aolus laden with hemp for the Navy being detained by HMS Victory for not having a licence. Request an explanation as to why she was detained.
