Folios 582-583: William Westcott Daniell [Daniel], HMS Dottiral [HMS Doterel], Spithead. Having been removed from HMS Jasper he again begs leave to recommend Alexander Brown, Purser of HMS Jasper since July 1808 and having written first in October 1809 when their Lordships were pleased to say by Mr Barrows letter dated 18 [October 1809] that his recommendation of him would be attended to.
