Daniel Hopkins Seaman of HMS Stately having presented a letter to him dated 3 December 1810 in reply to his letter dated 2 December 1810 wherein he inclosed his petition stating his situation when a Prisoner in France after the loss of HMS Magnificent [Wrecked 25 March 1804].
