I going immediately to Plymouth and from the conversations, there appears no calamity of his finding HMS Abercromby [HMS Abercrombie] and her consul at Plymouth, The sailing orders having been previously sent, he has reason to think that the dispatches he is carrying are of real importance; The object of this note therefore is to entreat from their Lordships instructions to Admiral Sir Robert Calder to furnish him with a Cutter, should the Men of War have sailed.
