Folios 541-542: Henry Dawson, Liverpool. Requests an attested copy of his Commission for HMS Piedmontaise, the original having been sent to India by HMS Phoenix in April last, and that they be pleased to order a passage out in any HM Ship so that he may join her.
Folios 543-544: enclosure with folios 541-542. Letter dated 23 November 1810 by the Admiralty to Captain Henry Dawson, Liverpool. Having made your request to their Lordships, I am commanded to request you report why you have not already preceded to join her. Nothing leaving till January next.
