Folios 233-234: Ross Donnelly, London. He asks for reimbursement of the expenses he incurred carrying the despatches from Sir Home Popham notifying the Admiralty of the capture of Buenos Aires. He journeyed from Lymington to London which necessitated the hire of a chaise and the payment of turnpike charges in total amounting to twenty pounds he asks also that he be paid the usual allowance that is made to officers bearing despatches.
